By booking a tour, flight, or travel service with Hahnemann Travel & Tours Pte Ltd, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Deposit

  • Booking: A booking is only confirmed upon the receipt of a non-refundable deposit (amount varies by tour package).
  • Details: Guests are responsible for providing accurate names as per their passports. Any charges arising from name corrections are borne by the customer.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Required at the time of reservation.
  • Full Payment: Required 30 days prior to departure (or earlier for peak season/promotional fares).
  • Failure to make full payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply (subject to specific tour itinerary rules):

  • More than 45 days before departure: Forfeiture of Deposit.
  • 30 – 44 days before departure: 50% of tour fare.
  • 15 – 29 days before departure: 75% of tour fare.
  • 14 days or less before departure: 100% of tour fare.
  • Note: Issued flight tickets are non-refundable and subject to airline airline rules.

4. Flight and Itinerary Changes

  • Sequence: The sequence of the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Replacements: If a specific attraction or hotel is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative of a similar standard.
  • Flights: Flight timings are subject to airline schedules. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by the airline.

5. Travel Documents

  • Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
  • Visas: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary valid visas for all countries visited. While we assist with visa applications, approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassies.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance upon booking to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

7. Liability

Hahnemann Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport operators. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury, accident, death, loss, or damage to baggage.
  • Delays or changes caused by “Force Majeure” (e.g., natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions).

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
